The room was very spacious. Several international TV channels were available. The pool was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory.
1. Bathroom had a strange smell (drainage?) 2. Internet speed was slow 3. Shampoo and bath foam not that good. Bottles were also difficult to use.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious, clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also a convenient walk to the sky train.I would defintely recommend it to other travellers.

The receptionists keep smiling.
It seems that the hotel is suitable for Japanese business people. This hotel is not so attractive for tourits because the pool is small and no coffee shops, no kids corner play games except for a Japanese restauratnt.

Marvellous comfortable location, close to main shopping malls. Just off restaurants, shops, parks and public transportation, and a local market and a lot of other options for dinning and shopping. The breakfast with a bigger spread.

I particularly enjoyed the spacious and tastefully decorated room, made navigating easy. The hotel is conveniently located with just a short walk to both Phrom Phong and Asok BTS stations.
More accessible seating in dining areas would help.
